It was a fantastic rod before the improvements. Those changes will make it even better. If you shoot a lot, as many of us do, it will be well worth the price of a few canisters of Blackhorn and will last a lot longer. (Longer than any of us. )

It's difficult to envision the difference using a quality loading rod with features like this one makes until you actually use one.
