You have to register, but it's okay and you don't get spam or unwanted emails and stuff. Type in your zip code and it gets all setup for your area.
Other than that, I have used
www.weather.com and sites like that. For forecasting sites, I found a link from Field and Stream that shows the best days/times to hunt.
http://www.fieldandstream.com/weather_hunt Type in your zip code and whether or not you want Deer, Upland birds, or Fishing.
