That is only the breach area. The barrel had plenty of fouling. IMO BH209 shoots best with a fouled bore. Like Ron ive shot well over 30 shots many times and at least 50 shots several times.

BH209 didnt keep the breach clean. The Lehigh Knight conversions and Rons breach plugs for the CVAs with a tight fitting primer made the huge difference.

My primers look like this all the time if they fit correctly.

No Blowby= clean breach and far better ignition even with weak T7 primers.

And it just keeps going and going and going and going with nice groups. Shots 3-30 or more load as easily as number 3 did.
