Honestly theres not really a whole lot of bad rifles out there. You can spend more on a Sako then a Rem or Browning but prob won't out shoot them. It really comes down to what you are looking for in a gun.
Personally I don't like and wouldnt own a Tikka...but that doesnt mean they are bad guns, I just don't like the feel or bolt set ups on the guns. I live the 45degree bolt throw on the a-bolts but some guys don't. You're looking at one of the most popular calibers out there right now for new rifles. You cannot really go wrong with any of guns mentioned above just have to decide what you want from the gun.
You prob throw a blanket over accuracy with what has been mentioned especially for a deer rifle. SO...
Check out trigger feel and adjustability.-some folks like a 3.5lbs factory feel. (personally I like about a 2lbs trigger with no creep) but no one can say what you like is wrong.
Detachable magazine or not.
The way the action feels to you.
Weight and set up with wood/blued-stainless. Synthetic or not.
All these are personal preferences and no one else can really tell you "should" or "shouldn't" get rifle X when it comes down to these things.
I have a few Brownings but if you don't like "made in japan" don't buy one. Cannot fault you or give you credit for that its just your opinion.
