Although we have a winter weather advisory coming in for later today, I'm taking a couple of fellas out this morning for a combo hunt for sharptails, pheasants, and huns. One of them is bringing his pair of labs, which we will need. I was up there last week, and there were birds galore, I could have limited on all three easily within an hour had I had a dog to work the brush.

I shot a nice heavy 6x5 whitetail last Sunday, and while I was dressing him, I had roosters landing within 20 ft of me. Once I got him loaded, I did manage to take a couple of sharpies and huns.

It's only a 35 mile drive to my friends ranch, so I think we are going to have a great day....and I will try to take and post a few pics when I get back later this afternoon...
