I ended up coming home to find my other large cheap knife and to regroup a little.
Ya just never know, you may find it someday. Once I lost a (Mini-Mag) Flashlight, found it 3 years later in the woods and it still worked! Another time I lost My Favorite Glass Box Call while Turkey Hunting, about 5 years later as it was just starting to get light out while I was sitting next to a Tree while Spring Turkey Hunting I heard a Gobble, I reached for my call and got it, when I looked at it I had to take a double take, it was'nt the Call I reached for but the one I lost years ago, the one I had set on the ground in the Dark to use was right next to it and I never saw it. Glass Call and Striker were as I had left them and were in perfect condition.
So dont give up, you just never know.
