One of the first times I took my son bowhunting was in the montains of Western Md. He was 12 and I set him up with a climbing stand and once he was securly in the tree I set up in another about 20-25 yards away. I looked over at hom and he was holding up his hand and blood was just running down his arm. Seems he was exaiming his equipment and just grabed the arrow on the bussisness end. Finally got him down and to the hospital where he was stiched up, the three day hunt was ended.
