I have thought about that too. But why not wait 'till you get to a shooting lane near your stand/blind, put on the drag there, and then walk about 100 yards or so upwind? Or, if you're afraid you'll bust some deer doing that, you could just walk into your site the way that makes most sense and "freshen up", lol, the drag every 25-50 yards.
