cant help you but can help you save a little money maybe,I skin my own deer and quarter it then take the meat to the processor drops the price from $90 to $35 and only takes about 45 minutes to skin and quarter.
If it were done right that would be good but, a buddy and I process deer every year and normally do 80-100 a season. Weve had a few brought in skinned out and quatered and most were a mess and took more time to clean up then if we had skinned it ourself.
