Just walked out on this property today after looking like a promising area on topo maps. The west field is plowed corn and the east field hasn't been farmed this year so it is just grass. I entered from point E into the woods and noticed a very large bedding area at A. I continued to walk south after crossing the creek to the west side. There was tons of sign throughtout the creek bottom but i was unable to find a tree to hang a stand from until I reached hardwoods at point D. B and C are scrapes that i came across. I'm assuming that the deer bed at a and walk south in the morning, so i was contemplating walking in from the south from the road for morning hunts. What would you do? Fairly new bowhunter here looking for any advice. Thanks.
