The crazy thing was, he wasn't even rutting yet. He would have been GIANT in the neck. When we deboned him, the layer of fat across his torso was two inches thick across the entire thing. It was nuts, the guys that helped me cut up the meat had never seen anything like it, and they have been hunting for 30+ years.
