Looks good...Where is the touch hole in relationship to the pan???

Was it a pretty straight forward remove t he screws and drop in the new lock kind of deal or did you have to a little snip/ tuck deal?
Fairly simple
Devil. Take off the nipple, unscrew the drum, and screw in the touch hole liner. For the lock, I had to remove a little wood in the lock mortise for the main spring which is broader on the L&R lock than on the Pedersoli lock, and for one screw head. Otherwise it was a drop-in. I used a 1/4" drill bit turned by hand for the area where the screw head was touching, and a Dremel tool to make a channel about three inches long, one-quarter inch wide, and one-eight inch deep for the lock spring.
