I was thinking he would dress out around 150lbs. Maybe 180-190 on the hoof. 100lbs is way low.

I think he's pretty nice. I would take him now.

If you're hunting the big woods, you can't let him go and find him again next year. It's not like you're sitting in a shooting house watching a bait pile. If you see a nice buck, shoot him while you have the chance.
