Well I went hunting for the first time this morning with my new xbow and an hour and a half into it I shot my first deer at 25 yds. She ran maybe 40 yds at best. Bloodtrail looked like a massacre. It was just awesome.

This forum is where it all came together for me and made it happen (from gear, to stands, to tracking advice, etc). I did my homework and David at Wyvern hooked me up with a package that is just awesome (Ten Point Turbo XLT, Hakwke XB30, Goldtips with 100gr Slick Tricks). It was just awesome. I am hooked forever.
