We still have the fact that the ASA dictates when you move up in the IBO. The IBO has no requirement of it' s own to move out of MBO. A guy can shoot his whole life in the MBO( no mater how many times he wins) and not have to move up if he doesn' t shoot the ASA. The IBO is relying on the ASA to move shooters up in class. Shouldn' t the IBO have it' s own requirments to move shooters up in class.
