RE: Droppings...or lack thereof
In my experience you generally find lots of droppings where deer gather and spend considerable amounts of time. Bedding and feeding areas usually will have a good amount of droppings because that' s where the deer are spending lots of time. I wouldn' t get to excited about the lack of deer poop though. Sounds like you are going to be set up in a travel corridor. If that' s the case, don' t sweat it. I hunt funnel areas all the time and for the most part there isn' t a lot of droppings on the ground. By all means...play the wind though. To me, that is the number one sin bowhunters commit. My nickel' s worth. Jim
