I would say score it as an abnormal and not a second main beam, although it kinda looks like that. It seems to definately be coming out of the main beam as an abnormal and not a second main beam coming from the skull. Just my opinion, but I don't have a huge experience at non-typicals like this one. If you find out different, let me know. Always want to learn new things.
