Does it say this in the IBO rule book? The way it stands now then, the ASA dictates what class you shoot in the IBO. Shouldn' t we in the IBO have our own rules on moving up in class such as 2 top 10 finishes in a national event in the same year? The way it is now, if a guy only shoots the IBO he can be national champ. every year in MBO and never have to move up to Semi-Pro. If he shoots ASA and IBO, he' s must move up in the IBO as soon as he moves up in the ASA.
