Rubber boots make all the difference in the world. Lacrosse Burlys for me but until this year was a little disappointed that they were as heavy as they were. Bought the new burly alpha series much lighter and easier to get on and off. I do hunt moderate to warm climate of Central Alabama so temps typically are not a factor. May want to consider.
