Wow! Not that I didnt believe you but I had to research that a bit on your legal right to hunt unposted land. Seems crazy to me for this area but seeing as how in my search I found that 94% of the land in Maine is privately owned I can see why you have that right.

It's not really hunting - but just driving around until you see something and then jumping out of the truck and shooting it.

My name states what state I am in.. That is the way the law is up here. You must post your land if you do not want hunters on it. It a way of life up here..
