I wouldn't seal the thing up tight with foam and stuff. Better just to set it up off of the ground and let air move through it, as long as the roof dont leak. I converted an old chicken coop into my storage shed for hunting stuff, works great. Of corase I beefed up the door and window so it takes a tank to get into it, but everything is dry and it smells like deer in there.
