I must say I was impressed with Rip Cords customer service I called them today and they actually answered right away there was aperson on the receiving end of the call to talk to and I explained to them my issue and they are sending me the replacement cord and directions to replace it today they also offered me to send my rest and they would send me a new one for free with the whole fixed that solves the current problem. I just can't do that right now cause my current string hasn't broke and it is currently bow season.
