Unfortunately i was at the hospital a year or so ago when a CVA blown up. How or why i dont know.

As far as mixing powders in a cartridge gun, i'm not familiar with those at all. But i will say, all the powder companies are completely against it. And yes, i have talked to several companies.

As far as Knights and T/C'S, CVA'S, Savages and etc. This thread was about mixing powders and nothing else.

5grns of pyrodex for example will corrode and suck moisture way more then you think. And it will also offer different flash points and pressure spikes when not used consistently or when it's mixed in differently as a igniter.
