The new ammendments will have a huge impact on many hunters The most important fact is this: you will not be allowed to take a whole carcass or whole head into ON. The meat has to be deboned and the antlers/skull cap removed from the head.
Things are not the same as last year. There is a lot of work to be done before you hit the Ontario border. As you said, there are many details. Everybody traveling into ON needs to read them carefully.
