ML caliber must be 44 cal or larger for long gun and 50 cal or larger for ML handgun.
And yes, crossbows were legalized this year. But frankly I have no desire to own one. I really have nothing against them. Its just that I can shoot my vertical bows really well. Maybe when I get old and feeble like Semisane..??

OK, but can You use a Scope during Percussion Season? Im only about 40 miles from the PA line, and have Friends that own Property in PA and would like to Hunt The Late ML Season but I just want to know if it's really wortht it to me to get all that's needed. I used to go every year in PA, the first Monday after Thanksgiving, there was a-lot of Deer, then the Doe tags came out for Opening Day, then the Deer Dissapeared, then I quit going. Now with the Antler Restrictions I've been hearing there's some really Good Buck running around and though Im not giving up My Hunting here during Nov-Mid Dec, I'd really like to check out the Late, Late PA ML Season, is it worth it? I know here in NY the Late ML Season is when most of the Big Bucks come back out after the Gun season ends and it's when I take most of My Deer, is it like that in PA?
Thank's
