you are beating the deadest of horses....unfortunately.

1) Sunday hunting is already legal in the state of WV. However, after the law passed most counties chose to have a county referendum on the matter...and voted to again re-instate the ban. This time on the county level.

2) Every county that has proposed a ban on Sunday and brought it to a vote, has had it pass.

3) I believe there are 7 or so counties (out of 55) that have never brought it to a vote and in these counties you can still hunt on sunday (on private land per the original state regulation)

4) the chance of having it brought up (let alone, overturned) at the county level would be about the same as hitting the moon with your muzzle-loader.

5) WV has some of the most backwards perspectives when it comes to change...another reason many here are yellow-dog democrats, that are, at heart, very conservative peolpe. Because their daddy and their daddy's daddy.....

Go fight an easier battle...like pushin' water uphill.
