Update...Called today they are sending out envelopes for the defective carabiners on the linesman's climbing strap.
I was told by there customer service that the harness is safe to use. Just don't use the linesman's climbing strap.
Replacement components shipped out at no cost.
Great customer service wish all companies were that good.
