If you think he has a great spot, try and figure out the way the deer approach it from, and follow those trails back to where they come from. do it when he is not hunting it though so you don't ruin it for him. Then once you find your spot, find a different way into it so you don't bother the other guy.
That's a great idea and I need to do that anyways so I can judge when the wind is right for that spot. Thanks for the reply.
