Speaking for myself, am not sure the extra cost of flocking would over ride quality over quanity. Does flocking do away with painting or is in addition too? Is the flock more or less durable than paint. I know the necessity of repainting ,it's a pain. The cost of decoys has risen, as most everything except my income, but, more partners makes the dekes cheaper. Believe the advice you receive here may or should not be an over riding factor. Advice is cheap, invoice orders are not. Without unit cost known, I am certainly not able to offer an intelligent opinion.
