Win 760, which is identical to H414, is listed for all three.
It is only listed for lighter bullets in the 7mm. It would be OK for 130's in .270 and light bullets in 7mm (140 or less). Who knows what accuracy you will get, but you would be within 100 fps or so of the top powder and have less recoil and blast.
