+1 We do the same thing. Drag it to the nearest oak tree & clean it this way. Leave the carcass for the yotes & buzzards. Do hogs the same way.
+2 exept we just clean it on the tailgate of one of our trucks. but before we did it that way we would always drag the deer out and then gut it when we got back
