After hanging a couple tree stands this morning i headed to the range. The bad new was a 14 family yard sale. One thing is for sure, those dont belong at the shooting range.

So i called a friend who owns a hunting camp and he let me go over there to shoot. Not a great bench, but much better then i had.

This 52cal long range hunter is sorta custom. I used and Elite stock, and a long range hunter barrel minus that stupid clip on most/all long range hunters. In my eyes this is a 52cal Elite. It does have the forked recoil lug.

I will note i hate only having one option in sabots. But the gun really shot well with the 300grn .458 bullets. I'm going to scrub the bore and trry to get back to the range Sunday morning.
