Since i struck out early archery hunting today I decided to go home and do some shooting. I had every intention of shooting the White but ended up grabbing my Camo thumbhole disc extreme. some 50 gr and 30 gr triple seven pellets( took the easy way) triple seven primers and 290 gr Barnes TMZ in yellow sabot. I used 130 gr ( 2- 50 gr pellets and 1- 30gr pellet) I stapled up a deer target . I always use the ones that show the vitals. This gun is sighted in so I took a shot at 100 yards. It was right thru the heart. went to 150 yards. 2 shot group , both double lung shots and a 1 1/2 inch group/ I then went to 200 yards. Took 3 shots 3 dead deer and a 4 inch group.I had a hard time holding steady today. Not my best but not bad. Then took 2 more 200 yard shots. one near the heart and the other one 2 inches away and a lung shot. 5 dead deer at 200 yards. That led me to this theory.
That The Knight Disc Extreme is one of the best shooting guns ( and I have a lot to compare it to) I think you would be hard pressed to find a gun that will outshoot the Knight Disc Extreme.
That's my theory and I will stand by it. All shots were taken from a bipod and the temp was around 90 degrees. I took 3 minutes between each shot and swabbed with a spit patch after each shot.. Now I wonder how the MK85 will shoot??
