Last year (2009) I had some health issues and no property to hunt until the first week of November, really stunk hard considering our season opens on the 15th of September every year. I also had some serious issues with tresspassers.
This year I have some small ajoining properties that all run together adding up to around 80 acres. The three land owners assured me that this year I will be the only one hunting. No crop fields within 1.5 miles so I have been scouting hard all summer and setting up stands on travel and transition routes. I have also been concentrating on pinch points around the swamp at the far east of the property, hopefully my years of bowhunting experience will pay off.
