BOWHUNTERCOP: I have seven of the 2009 model Bushnell Trophy Trail cameras with the viewer. All the cameras were purchased in the spring of 2010. The first ones were purchased with the viewer. Being I had good luck with those cameras, I then purchased the rest in that same series. As far as the cameras, I have had excellent service with them, excellent battery life. Bushnell is the only manufacturer offering a two year warranty. Excellent customer service. The cameras have been in the field since mid to late March.
As for the viewer, I would not spend the extra money on it. The 2009 model viewer is 1.8 inch. I understand the 2010 viewer was going to be larger. Just swap out your card and view it in the computer as I'm doing. Some forum members view the cards on laptops or these picture screens that most malls sell. I checked some of these out and inquired from a few people that have them. From what I could find out you can view pictures, but not video.
I contacted Moultrie because they sell a picture viewer. They said it will view pictures taken with Moultrie cameras but could not guarantee it to work with other camera brands. Due to this information, I didn't buy one. If my cameras were all set for picture, then I can view them in the field with my Digital Kodak DX7590. Hope this helps.
