While you post the land leave a note for the guy who left the stand. If within reasonable time I would take it down and keep it for the owner to come and get. There is a good chance the hunter does not know as yet of your best friend buying this property. To me, if you keep that portable stand without giving the stand owner a chance to explain or get it, its stealing!
