Default RE: whisker biscuit and center shot?

thanks for the info and now for some more questions? im shooting gold tip carbons in the correct weight range and are cut to stick through the biscuit with an inch overhang so im assuming spine is good. i set things up to the best of my ability and have my bow shooting much better. i went back to my ultra knock instead of the rope loop (dont see any difference) how do you figure out how to set the biscuit the 1/8 inch to the left as i am righty? is there a tool or gauge or is this a set up by eyeing it up? also i have trimmed the back side of my biscuit as discussed on this forum and opened the ring up just a hair so the arrow is not snug or too loose.
