I've checked the scope mounts. I checked the base and the rings, and even changed the scope. Nothing else I can think of. Barrel looks good inside from the end I can see it. Actually looks great, but since I can't see the chamber end I can't see what the lands look like. Other than that I can't think of anything that could be an issue.
Yes, could be the issues. Forearm is critical.
