I've the Frankfort also. My 1st run on new lyman green corncob is about 20 minutes I don't think I've ever run a batch over 3 hours on porpose. Mine runs on the concrete floor and cleans faster when its fuller. Ie 300 pistol cases, 400 auto cases, or 100-150 06'or 308.

Now I've had single pieces over the last 3 years maybe 50 or so rifle cases that have been run thru several cycles ,like the 10 pieces of DWM 4? 8mm I picked up out in the middle of nowhere.
