- camp house (don't expect the hilton, but it is a sound structure) has beds to sleep six, kitchen, bath (with shower), living rm. Water is too hard to drink but fine for washing.
- hookups available to two camper trailers at camp.

- pretty much half way between Turkey and Estelline, then 10 miles off the highway (45 minutes to town no matter which town you go to i.e. Childress, Memphis, Turkey, Estelline, Matador).
- max 6 hunters (kids and friends can hunt but only on the tag of one of the main 6 and no more than 6 at any given time).
- only interested in people who are interested in being good stewards of the land.
