ride around with a spotting scope and binos and sit and watch agg. fields that are very near/border your spot.
NOTE: if you watch from the road put your hood up and flashers on so people dont catch on. oh and make sure to put your binos/scope down when cars come by just seems to help and you wont regret it later when you walk into a check station to find out that someone has shot the buck youve been hunting for a year or two...


oh and find your property on google earth. you can go down to the ground and see every little raise/drop of elevation and see draws, creeks thickets etc
