I do not own either of those guns, but have shoot a few Encores to know enought that they are sweet shooters. In fact, I shot 2 in the past several weeks. Both had scopes on them and both shot well.

Any way I could convince you to check out the Knight DISC? I was in the same dilema as you a few years back and went w/ the Knight over the T/C. Either way, you can' t go wrong. Good luck w/ your purchase and I hope someone else can offer you more help than I did.
