You use to be able to hunt in Maine at age 10. You can hunt black bear with a guide there. And over bait.
Out west might be a lot for a little guy. A lot of acres to cover. How about Canada? Bear or moose?
My kid just turned 8. He got his first buck at age 7 and we talk a lot about an out-of-state hunt. We're thinking Canada for moose or Maine for bear.
