The stock chargebar takes bushings for different size throws on both shot and powder. All you'll need to get is the proper size bushings (the unit will probably come with a couple but they might not be the ones you need). There is an adjustable charge bar on the market that you don't use bushings with. Depending on how many bushings you end up buying for different loads it might or might not be cheaper to get the adjustable bar. But it does allow you to fine tune the amounts thrown easier if you get into it hot and heavy.

A reloading scale would be a good thing to have so you can double-check loads.

As for steel, I'm not sure. An email to Mec or the catalog company you're looking at might be a good idea.
