breakfast is a manly traditional american meal: eggs, toast, sausage, bacon, pancakes, etc. in combination. We carry home made gorp: bulk dried fruit, cranberries, walnuts and peanuts, dark chocolate bits mixed. Keep very well hydrated. Lunch is usuallly cheese and salami with apples or oranges. Energy drinks tend to keep you pumped up but have no nutritional value, and gatorade etc. is no improvement over a good old rounded full meal.
