Not by most states.

OK lets turn it around and you show me your "facts". Show me that a xbow is more dangerous. Show me how the xbow has a much longer range. Oh...thats right you can't....you started off stating how they were a longer range weapon and I shot you down in your tracks. You also said that the MD season was up for debate yet it had already passed....you are out of touch and blind.
The DNR official I talked too, said its going to be looked at this year and they will see where it goes. So yes, its up to debate. Unlike you I fight a fight until the end. I don't just lay down.

You wants fact? Most arrowgun shooters use thier arrow guns at full draw, thats 100-250lbs of tension. This is dangerous, as I clearly showed with examples of hunters being kicked off patabsco park walking around with fully draw arrowguns. Then we had the 12 year old killed who was carrying around a fully drawn arrowgun. This is not uncommon among arrowgun shooters. There's your proof. Facts.

One more thing...if the xbow is easier to shoot wouldn't that be a good thing for the guys that cant devote all the time needed with a bow? Isn't it more ethical to be able to make a clean kill? Or do you even care?
If that is your arguement now, then it only makes sense for weapon of choise season. Been saying this the whole time.
