Sure I understand...I hope you aren't thinking that I'm saying don't use a diaphram. A diaphram is a must have and work awesome in many situations especially once that elk is in close. They are in my mouth during most of a hunt as well. All I'm saying is that other calls have a place in my pack especially when trying to call to heavily hunted general unit elk that have heard it all.
