I had a barnett Quad AVI 400 without the red dot scope. It is was pretty nice. I don't like red dot scopes so I am not the one to ask about the scope.

Like I said mine was an AVI (it has some type of rubber around all the limbs and is suppost to cut down on vibration and noise). It is quiter than the TenPoint Titon TL-7 I had but I didn't get a chance to campare with the non AVI model.

And pay no mind to the hard a@@'@ that don't know why you are wanting a crossbow. If it is legal go for it or if you have a disablity that requires it. Some people need to keep there mouths shout and let people do what THEY like to do, NOT what someone else thinks they should do. They can kiss it if they don't like it!!!!!
