You know how guys always say shot placement, shot placement. Well my father was huntng last year and shot a spike buck in the arse. Now, granted, it was getting dark and he's getting older. We found the spike 50 yards in thick timber. He looks over at me and says the 270 strikes again.

I looked at him and said imagine if you had made a good shot. We wouldn't be walking 50 yards. We both got a good laugh. The 270 is a deer killing round for sure.
