a friend of mine has used buck jam, apple flavor for deer, and i know it has a very strong smell. i am thinking of trying it as an attractant for bear hunting this year, or perhaps pigout, which is advertised to be used for bears too. has anyone ever tried it just for bear hunting? any luck? i also thought of watering it down a little, and spraying it into the trees, too to help spread the scent out.
